This document constitutes the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDP”) and the provisions that emanate from or relate to it. This Privacy Notice (hereinafter referred to as “Notice”) applies to personal information collected about the Data Subject by Fernando Garcia y Cia S.C. in its capacity as the Data Controller. The Data Controller collects information that can reasonably identify you, including, but not limited to: your first and last name; date of birth; email address; and general profile information.
How Do We Use or Share the Information We Collect?
By submitting your personal data via email to the different representatives of Fernando Garcia y Cia S.C. and/or completing the online application that appears on the website, you agree to and authorize Fernando Garcia y Cia S.C. to use and process your supplied personal data and information in an automated manner. This data will form part of our database and may be used for purposes including, but not limited to: identifying you, communicating with you, contacting you, sending you information, updating our database, and promoting all artistic content generated by Fernando Garcia y Cia S.C.

How to Exercise Your ARCO Rights?
In accordance with Article 22 of the Law, you have the right at any time to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to the processing of your personal data by submitting a request via email to info@fgarcia.com for matters related to the database. In compliance with Article 29 of the Law, such a request must contain the following information: a) Your name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; b) Documents that prove your identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the person making the request on your behalf; c) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the rights mentioned above; and d) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data. If you are requesting the rectification of personal data, you must also indicate the changes to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request. The response to your request will be communicated to you within twenty business days from the date it was received, which may be extended by an additional twenty days in cases provided by the Law; if applicable, the necessary measures to fulfill your request will be carried out within fifteen business days following the date on which the response is communicated.

Fernando Garcia y Cia S.C. reserves the right to periodically update this Notice to reflect changes in our information practices. It is the responsibility of the Data Subject to periodically review the content of the Notice, where changes made will be published along with the date of the last update.
